Position: Security Engineer
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 10/21/2004
A Senior Technical Evangelist based out of the North East (NY/Boston) or
Washington DC area is needed ASAP. As part of the sales team within the office
of the CSO, this person will be responsible for supporting sales scenarios as a
Product Expert, Security Expert, ArcSight Evangelist, and “Go To”
person for critical accounts. This individual will promote the company,
product, and ideas not only through assisting sales managers, but also trade
shows, speaking engagements, creating white papers and other marketing events.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

CISSP Required
Experience as a Senior Security Consultant and/or Senior Sales Engineer or
Evangelist working with Fortune 500, Global 2000 Organizations and Government
Agencies
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Must be comfortable presenting to large audiences – speaking to technical
engineers as well as C-level executives
Desire to travel globally
Desire to be in a fast-paced, growing, profitable, pre-IPO company that is the
market leader
Considered a Security Expert: Architecture, Assessments, Deployment, Support
and a deep knowledge of security internals
Senior System Administration skills
Senior Network Administrator skills
Broad and detailed security experience
These are a plus:
Ability to speak multiple languages at a business level
Experience with SIM and/or MSSP environments
Experience with Oracle, DB2 and SQL
Active Top Secret Security Clearance
