Position: Security Engineer
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 10/14/2004
A member of highly energetic engineering team developing various product
features and enhancements of XML Firewall product.
Help DoD/Civilian Federal sales organization in the pre-sales process
understand customer requirements, develop proof-of-concept use cases, install
evaluation software and integrate with the existing apps and infrastructure,
demonstrate value propositions, and support customer throughout the evaluation
process.
Help customer to implement security policies in the XML Firewall product.
Build customer specific extensions and integrations.
Perform product training to the IT personnel at customer sites.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Strong object oriented design: OOA, UML
5+ yrs programming experience in C++ or/and Java
Has built high-performance, reliable, and scalable enterprise class
applications.
Experience in network and/or security related apps such as content filtering,
firewall, content routing will be a big plus.
1+ yrs of SOAP, XML, XSLT, XML-DSIG, XPATH is a must
1+ yrs experience in the following areas is highly desirable: ebXML,
WS-Security, XACML, SAML, XKMS
US Citizen, energetic, great inter-personal skills, team player, self-motivated
Active Top Secret Clearance is a BONUS but NOT required
Must be able and willing to travel for business (domestic and international)
BS/BA in computer science or related field required. Advanced degree(s) or
certifications desirable.
