JOB DESCRIPTION

Position:       Manager, Information Security
Type:           Permanent F/T
Closing Date:   09/24/2004

This is a senior role within the department.  They will work closely with other 
areas of the organisation to develop and implement IT security policies and 
procedures. Ensure IS comply with all regulatory and executive policy. Work 
with Legal to manage the IS related contract process. 


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
&#149;  Must be educated to degree level or have relevant experience.
&#149;  Must have experience of methods and techniques for the assessment and 
management of business risk as detailed in ISO17799/BS7799 security standard.
&#149;  Must have an excellent understanding of relevant legislation eg Data 
Protection Act.
&#149;  Must have experience of quality management.
&#149;  Have experience of working in a customer focused environment.
