The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead qualification and generating new business opportunities. Lead generation efforts include qualifying the prospect, identifying decision-making process and current operating environment, providing materials and setting up sales meetings. Specific Responsibilities • Develop accounts via aggressive prospecting (cold calling, lead generation, networking, etc) • Making appointments for sales reps who are out in the field. • Handle all inbound inquiries generated from Demand Creation activities such as advertising and web seminars • Maintain and update account/lead database. • Provide first hand feedback and recommendations on our marketing efforts based on direct experiences with customers and potential clients. Required Skills and Experience • Bachelors degree • 3-5 Years of experience in a sales oriented environment in the software industry. • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience with Network Security and/or Network products. • The ability to "solution sell" rather than sell a product. • The ability to identify the decision maker and be comfortable calling and dealing with mid to C level executives • Possess high energy, maintain a persistent mindset, enthusiasm, and be extremely goal oriented. • Possess a professional business manner, Must possess excellent telephone communication skills, and be self-motivated. • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to organize and prioritize work independently, with minimal supervision. nCircle offers a dynamic yet casual and fun work environment in the heart of San Francisco.
