Position:       Account Manager

nCircle has an Inside Sales Representative position open in our San Francisco 
office. 

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead qualification and 
generating new business opportunities. Lead generation efforts include 
qualifying the prospect, identifying decision-making process and current 
operating environment, providing materials and setting up sales meetings. 

Specific Responsibilities
•  Develop accounts via aggressive prospecting (cold calling, lead 
generation, networking, etc) 
•  Making appointments for sales reps who are out in the field. 
•  Handle all inbound inquiries generated from Demand Creation activities 
such as advertising and web seminars 
•  Maintain and update account/lead database. 
•  Provide first hand feedback and recommendations on our marketing 
efforts based on direct experiences with customers and potential clients. 

Required Skills and Experience

•  Bachelors degree 
•  3-5 Years of experience in a sales oriented environment in the software 
industry. 
•  Must have a minimum of 2 years experience with Network Security and/or 
Network products.
•  The ability to "solution sell" rather than sell a product. 
•  The ability to identify the decision maker and be comfortable calling 
and dealing with mid to C level executives 
•  Possess high energy, maintain a persistent mindset, enthusiasm, and be 
extremely goal oriented. 
•  Possess a professional business manner, Must possess excellent 
telephone communication skills, and be self-motivated. 
•  Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. 
•  Ability to organize and prioritize work independently, with minimal 
supervision.
