Position: Chief Security Strategist
Type: Permanent F/T

There is no relocation provided for this position
Business Continuity Planner (BCP) Recovery Program Manager
Will be responsible for development & ongoing support of an IT recovery
capability for the Delta Dental National Enterprise. Will plan and provide
guidance for infrastructure development and support for a recovery capability
for multi-data centers in Rancho Cordova, CA Alpharetta, GA Cerritos, CA and
Mechanicsburg, PA. Will utilize recovery sties in Boulder, CO Atlanta, GA and
Ivyland, PA.
Program-Manager will also provide consulting for critical business functions
requiring recovery capability (specific procedures for an operational area's
recovery of business functions, information and communication systems
supporting Delta Dental's business).
Consultant MUST be knowledgeable about BCP best practices and have experience
running a BCP program, including business impact analysis, rick mitigation,
risk analysis, recovery strategies, plan development and testing.
Ideal candidate will have:
* 5 years business continuity planning experience
* In-depth knowledge of BCP planning life-cycle development processes
* MUST be self-motivated, team player, and able to immediately contribute to a
fast paced, deadline intensive environment
* Bachelors Degree is Science or related field Masters degree is highly
desired
* CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Planning)Certification is highly desired
