Position:       Security Consultant
Type:           Permanent F/T
Closing Date:   09/25/2004

Sr. Security Consultant who is CBCP certified.

Requirements:

&#61607         Travel nationally. Work out of home. Must be willing to travel 
without hesitation. Lives near a major airport.  We are willing to look for 
candidates in the following areas:
o       Northeast Corridor (Boston to Northern Va)
o       South
o       Mid-Atlantic
o       Mid-West
&#61607         Certifications to look for:
o       CISSP
o       Cisco
o       Microsoft
o       SANS GIAC
&#61607         At least seven years experience in information security.
&#61607         Proven information security consulting skills. At least three 
years as a consultant.
&#61607         Proven writing and communications skills. 
&#61607         Project lead / project management / technical project 
leadership.  We are looking for the ability to be a leader and to work 
independently.
&#61607         Broad Security Assessment experience.  Some things to look for:
o       Application  Security Assessment Experience, particularly Application 
Programming Interfaces (APIs)
o       IT Security Assessment
o       Risk Assessment/Analysis
o       Vulnerability Assessment / Vulnerability scanning experience. Familiar 
with multiple scanning / vulnerability assessment tools (such as Internet 
Security Scanner, Retina, nmap, Nessus, Snort)
&#61607         Network Engineering / Security Administrator / System 
Administrator Experience:
o       Systems security, including scanning, hardening and configuring 
systems. (Windows, Solaris, RedHat, AIX, UNIX)
o       Internetworking experience. (For example, routing, switching, TCP/IP, 
DNS, SMTP, SNMP, HTTP, FTP, LAN, WAN, RIP, OSPF, BGP, etc.).
