The person will be responsible for overall management of the Secure Elements 
product offerings.  This includes responsibility for the researching and 
validating the right feature sets and product options to build out the product 
roadmap, and documenting the market and product requirements.  The Product 
Manager collaborates with the CTO, Product Development, Sales, other internal 
constituents, as well as with customers and prospects, ensuring that we build 
the right products, with just the right feature set, in order to beat our 
competition.  This position requires an experienced professional to rapidly 
guide new product development and launch.  Knowledge of an enterprises security 
needs and the associated marketplace is a must. The ability to read the 
external markets, competitive landscape and R&D capabilities in order to 
develop a compelling roadmap and associated MRDs is critical to the role.

Responsibilities
•  Manage the overall product roadmap and targeted releases to meet market 
requirements, support our revenue targets, and delight our customers
•  Develop and document market and product requirements for product 
releases
•  Work closely with R&D in support of product planning, design and 
development
•  Serve as Secure Elements primary external representative regarding 
product direction
•  Provide thought leadership, and author/contribute to whitepapers, 
collateral, etc.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements
•  Analytical skills to understand business objectives and communicate 
requirements
•  A solid, technical background, as well as strategic, business and 
project mgmt skills
•  Excellent analysis skills and ability to solicit feedback to quickly 
build consensus
•  Ability to work in a fast and constantly evolving environment
•  Security Product Experience and Enterprise Software Product Experience
•  Proven Ability to lead a Matrix team
•  Strong communication skills to interact with business managers and 
executives to identify strategic issues and goals
•  Interpersonal skills necessary to closely work with engineering and 
marketing and take a product to market
•  Customer-focused, energetic attitude

Other Skills
•  Knowledge of network security markets, products, and best practices
•  Vertical industry experience a plus – Federal, Financial Services, 
and Critical Infrastructure provider markets

Educational/Experience Requirements
•  Technical undergraduate degree
•  Product Marketing/Mgmt or Sales Engineering experience in a high growth 
tech company
•  Entrepreneurial in nature, willing to take calculated risks
