Position: Security System Administrator
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 09/19/2004
This nationwide industry leader has an immediate full-time opening for an
Information Security Officer with a Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years experience in
Information Security vulnerabilities, and strong experience in security and
proprietary information policies. Should have demonstrated knowledge with
multiple platforms including Windows NT, Novell Netware, IBM Mainframe, PC's,
Networks and Internet. In addition, candidates should be experienced with
information security-related technologies and products such as OSI based
security, BindView, VPN, ISS, SecurID, firewalls, authentication, etc. Prefer
candidates with CISSP and/or CISA certifications, knowledge of BS7799
standards, and software development experience.
This Security Officer will manage the entire information security function for
the company and work to ensure the protection of information assets in
compliance with security policies and standards. This position offers
long-term stability with a growing, industry leader. The job can be located in
Baltimore, MD, or Frazer, PA.
