Position: Security Researcher
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 09/17/2004
Opportunity with a Successful and Growing Security technology company.
Experienced Security Researcher needed in the Boston area who will be
responsible for identifying new Web application vulnerabilities and keep up to
date with new vulnerabilities that have been discovered externally. Successful
candidate will work with product groups to ensure our application security
products are up to date and work with the marketing team to publish the results
of discoveries. You will also work with the professional services team from
time to time on customer vulnerability assessment engagements. Must have
experience with Intrusion Detection, vulnerability assessments, penetration
testing of Web applications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
. 10 + years of Web Application development and related experience
. 7 + years in security research / analyst role including Intrusion
detection, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing
responsibilities.
. Ability to manage several projects concurrently
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Ability to work in team environment
