There are drives such as the SmartDrive thumb drive with U3 technology.
They have onboard encryption that does not require encryption be installed
but be aware that when you plug in the device, you have to install it onto
the computer so if you do not have those rights, all bets are off. -----Original Message-----

Seems like you need a Fully Encrypted External Storage Device. A encryption software installed on pendrive will not do what you are looking for.
