others are just articles.  Hopefully you can use both to come up with a proper 
outline for what you need.  

You probably want to look for a complete lifecycle.  The development part is 
only a piece of it.  You want to make sure planning, testing, implementation, 
and [eventually] disbanding are all included in your lifecycle analysis and 
reporting.
