I am in contact with Paypal about the page, it is a legitimate page and they are troubleshooting it to find out why it's not working properly.Will someone just contact paypal already and troubleshoot this and see if the first mentioned account has been flagged randomly for account verification. This Thread is becoming old and bothersome, and little use of security if it is indeed legit.
