I think you should add some more information which will help the good people of the SF mailing lists in their answers, such as where do you intend to install it (business\home) what is your expected traffic? Will you be hosting any services? Do you have any hardware limitations? Etc.... These are very important questions which must be answered prior to choosing such an important security component.
