Never report viruses via spamcop. It really cheeses them off and they will definitely disable or terminate the account reporting them.

I was just going to send the headers from the various emails. The 'spam' engine is spoofing various domains
I'd guess that the box is owned.
You can use the spamcop for to send the notifications too. Just paste the mail source on the form: http://www.spamcop.net
