Hello Mohamed Farid, As far as I know, there are two open source router platforms available:
1. XORG - eXtensible Open Router Platform
Home Page: http://www.xorp.org/index.html
2. Vyatta
Home Page: http://vyatta.com/
3. OLR - Open Linux Router
Homepage: http://www.openlinuxrouter.com/
Besides this, any UNIX or Linux version can support IP routing, its just that it needs to be configured securely. You can get tons of documents on google, some of which I am listing below:
1. The Linux Router - http://www.linuxjournal.com/article/5826
2. Building A Linux Router - http://www.networknewz.com/networknewz-10-20030806BuildingALinuxRouter.html
3. The Linux Router Project
