You should probably consult a lawyer vs. asking fore legal advice on a Security 
Basics mailing list.

#1 issue you may have is law governing privacy when doing the test.

Yes, there is permission of the company that owns the server. Would a
pentest than just be as legal similar to other western countries (like the
USA, UK, The Netherlands)? Are there pitfalls (other than in other
countries)? Does anyone knows an authorative URL where I can find details
about this?
