You may try the Privacy Right Clearinghouse. They keep track of all
reported data breaches since 2005. The list contains more then just
universities, but you may be able to get what you need out of it with
little effort.

I was wondering if anyone knew where I can get a list of college and
universities that were hacked in 2006, 2005, etc... I'm trying to
create a report and I've googled for such a list but didn't come up
with anything. I really don't want to create that list, because it
might not be complete, but I will if I can't find one.
