Francois, You may try the Privacy Right Clearinghouse. They keep track of all reported data breaches since 2005. The list contains more then just universities, but you may be able to get what you need out of it with little effort. http://www.privacyrights.org/ar/ChronDataBreaches.htm Hope this helps.
