Morning, I've had mixed reports about the value of EH certifications, I've attended a few ethical hacking courses over the years and the value is in the quality of the instructor and the real world experience they can share, rather than the content. The actual courses themselves are a snapshot and unless you can quickly consolidate their content after the course, the knowledge is soon lost (perhaps my age?) As a recruitment agent (pimp) and an employer I hold little faith in seeing the certification on a resume, other than the candidate having an interest and being able to talk the talk. I much prefer to see passion about security, hence last weeks email and people who can walk the walk. I place our recruitment consultants on these courses as I wouldn't expect them to do anything but talk about the subject and for them to weed out those without a genuine desire. However, some clients do like to see the cert as they themselves don't understand the subject and it provides some faith in the candidate. </rant> We have compiled a list of ethical hacking courses here http://www.securitywizardry.com/hacking.htm with over 20 ethical hacking training vendors, it's a little dated and some no longer provide training but it will provide a rounded view of the market place Best Regards -- Andy Cuff Computer Network Defence Ltd www.SecurityWizardry.com Quoting Milind Nanal <Milind_Nanal@kaleconsultants.com>:
