first create an access-list
(config)#access-list 100 permit tcp host 1.1.1.1 host 2.2.2.2 eq 3389 (this was said earlier)
and add range of well-known ports: (config)#access-list 100 permit tcp host 1.1.1.1 host 2.2.2.2 range 1 1024 (if i remember correctly)
then apply it to the interface: (config)#interface serial 0 (config-if)#ip access-group 100 in
