vbscript security in the Browser

Hi,

I want to know how I disable at my users browser the
option that if they enter a hacker web site they wont
get any files downloded to there pc's by vbscript code
embedded in the pages in those web sites ( for example
downloding backdoors, trojans etc' throw the hacker's
ftp/tftp servers.
