1. download HijackThis and Spybot. (Check Google). Run them, if they cannot remove the .exe, boot into safe mode and try to delete the c:\windows\is468.exe file.
You can do this step much easier:
Edit file c:\autoexec.bat (if it isn't present on your computer -
create it) and type there:
--8<-----------------------------------------------------
del c:\windows\is468.exe
--8<-----------------------------------------------------
After that reboot you computer..
