Although PGP makes good software they are completely inept at supporting there
own products. I work for as a Consultant for a VAR in the security market and
we have had to take back product surely based on PGP's inability to provide
timely enterprise class support to the end customer. We have tried, without
success, to get them to take a hard look at their support organization. They
were unwilling to do so and thus we are no longer recommending their products
to our clients.
