Sing Meng,
In regards to ISO certification, what ISO certification does is
associate a level of professionalism with your organization, so when a
customer calls your company as hears that you've been ISO certified
9001:2000, they know that the organization and procedures within your
computer are at a minimum. The process for certification is complex,
which includes: multiple audits, company-wide employee training,
creating a controlled system for every aspect customer interaction.
This does not include fees and external auditing by third party
auditors. There are specific companies who specialize in creating
preparedness for ISO certification. Sorry I can't be of more help.
Regards,
