I have had good luck with afraid.org, which will provide DNS hosting for
free.  They have helpful scripts on the site you can run from the Windows
scheduler; I run the script once an hour to update the DNS servers in case
my public IP address lease expires and changes.

This is my first post and hopefully I am doing it correctly.
One option for you if you do not want to run your own DNS server is to use
dynamic dns.  There are many operators out there that offer this service for
20-30 a year.  The two I have used are dyndns.org and no-ip.com.

My ISP told me that its not a problem to Host my domain on my
privete > PC at home.
