- You should not be too technical in ur presentation (if audience is non-IT)

- Raise issues that users are likely to face in their daily activities; e.g. 
(a) spam (unsollicited emails) - what is spam? what to do (and not to do) when 
a spam is received?
(b) Password (changing of password, tips to create complex passwords, sharing 
of user id/password not to be done)
(c) description of viruses, spywares, adwares
(d) Internet User, avoid giving private ifnormation on the web, avoid porn sites
(e)Confidentiality of business information
(f) etc, etc
