I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their experiences engaging in domain name dispute resolution? I know someone contemplating whether they should contact NAF (http://www.arb-forum.com/domains/) to pursue an ICANN Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution (http://www.icann.org/udrp/udrp.htm.) It seems like ICANN is pretty straightforward if you can show "bad faith" on the part of the registrant. Hoping someone will want to share some "war stories!" Thanks, Mark
