Systemtools has a free utility, Remote Controal Manager, that'll let you do this
with *any* flavor of VNC.
It doesn't include and actual RC app, just lets you manage them.

A VNC that copies it's server to the client (if the rights are appropriate) and
then uses remote registry to start the service, and connect.

Way cool, and free.
