Hi...Thanks for the response.
I am looking at exactly the same kind of firewall but want to configure it over 
win2k Advanced server. I apologize for not mentioning it in the first mail.

        i don't know for 100% what you mean with reading dynamic acl's, but 
maybe you
        want to look at the openbsd [1] firewall pf [2]. this higly flexible 
firewall
        handles dynamic tables onto which ip addresses can be dynamically added 
and
        removed by scripts and other tools.
