Well a quick google search shows that this is there site survey 
bot. Basicly what that means is this, they are seeing how long 
you have been up and according to there web page they are getting the 
titles of all the pages you let them access. The robots.txt means 
that they are reading that and seeing what is not avaliable to them.

I understand that some "whois" site is checking my server, but Is this
dangerous? Should I block this IP?
