allowing a user port-tunneling only on specified high-ports

Hi,

I wonder if itÂs possible to set opensshÂs config-files only to allow a user to establish port-to-port-tunnels on specified ports, an not on all high ports.
CouldnÂt find such a thing in the man page etc.

"ssh -v" tells me:
OpenSSH_4.3p2 Debian-9, OpenSSL 0.9.8c 05 Sep 2006

on a Debian 4,3 (Etch) system

Thank you, Stefan
