Subject: OpenSSH VPN in Windows?

I know OpenSSH 4.3 and later supports the making of a real
VPN through SSH,
without any additional software. Is there this going to be
supported in
Windows anytime soon? If not, is there any other free tools that can
accomplish this functionality?

Thanks,
