[Fwd: Compliancy with changes to US Daylight Saving Time in 2007]

Subject: [Fwd: Compliancy with changes to US Daylight Saving Time in 2007]
Date: Wed, 28 Feb 2007 16:46:01 -0500
We are running OpenSSH 3.7.1 and OpenSSL 0.9.7b under Tru64. We are preparing for the 2007 changes to Daylight Savings Time start and end dates, and would like to know if these two versions are compliant with those changes, or if they rely on the operating system for their timezone information.

Thank you,
