I have tested the RSA key from an XP Home laptop to the Linux box.  On the
XP laptop, the scheduled job works fine, so it seems to be unique to
Windows Server 2003.

Any suggestions?
Could it be that the scheduled task is running as a different user and can't
read the RSA key (permissions) or it doesn't find it because it doesn't look
in the right place (because different user ...).
Check pathes, permissions, etc.
Also try to tell ssh explicit what key to use using the -i option.

Note that XP _Home_ doesn't have right/user management like XP _Pro_ or 2003
Server. This could cause it and should give you a hint were to start.

best,
Martin
