Timeouty while using SFTP subsystem of OpenSSH.

Witam

  On my server I have OpenSSH_4.2p1 installed (previous versions was
  also affected by this strange problem). I can connect and work
  on my server via putty without any problems. Problems appears when I
  want to transfer some files via SFTP. After down/uploading few
  percents of file i'm getting timeout. Here is log from CuteFTP.

I have 1mbit connection (DSL). Any ideas why this happens?
