You can find information about the compatibility of OpenSSH and SSH for

Click on the "Knowledge Base" link, (you don't need to login for access
to this stuff).
Enter "OpenSSH client" in the "text" field and click "Search".
This should bring you up a list of 3 articles:
(1) OpenSSH scp to SSH Tectia Server does not work
(2) How to convert OpenSSH keys to the SSH Tectia format
(3) How to set up public-key authentication when OpenSSH client is
used.
The second one is only relevant to SSH Tectia 4.2 and later so that one
doesn't you any good, but the 3rd article includes the client command
for converting the public keys to a format that is compatible.
