Is sshd2_subconfig available in OpenSSH?

Subject: Is sshd2_subconfig available in OpenSSH?

I am trying to determine if the functionality of sshd2_subconfig is available
with OpenSSH. I've Googled and read man pages and I don't see anything, but I
want to make sure that I am not missing anything.

Thanks!
