PubkeyAuthentication for Specific User Only

Subject: PubkeyAuthentication for Specific User Only
Date: Fri, 24 Sep 2004 12:42:34 -0700
How do I configure sshd to allow public key authentication for a
specific user only?
(ie. I want user 'root' or user 'foo' to be ablue to use public key
authentication,
but no other user. PAM will take care of authenticating the other users.)

Thanks.
