Even the cheaper ones have to fulfill some standards before they are rolled out. The same question is posed in the IT market. How secure the software is on his first release. I as a client i'm available to spend big bucks on your progs because they suit my needs and behind your assurance that there are no known issues. But when you start to hammer me with patches for the holes you forget to cover, well in this case i'll go to somebody else for my needs.
