behavior analysis.

Are you looking to DDoS someone or protect against/detect a DDoS?
Trin00, Stacheldraht, TFN are the DDoS tools that first sprang up years ago.
I'm sure there are better ones out there today.
Mazu Networks and Arbor Networks make, from my recollection, good DDoS
mitigation/detection tools.
