Thats what I meant in earlier post. Certification is
just a method to get to the point on the interview
table. The skills and experience then are needed to
get through the interview as well as to get to work.
Finally, your work/skill makes it sure you get the job
or remain in the job. Certification cannot gurantee
(and its not meant to guarantee) you a remain in the
job.

his/her cv look better and distinctive, nothing
more, nothing less. An
experienced interviewer can quickly identify a

a skilled candidate.
