they are also looking IP masking and port shielding, so all the IP
address are bounced and >by the time they get to the location they have a different IP address and there.
Not quite sure what is the net(Internet or private), but it looks like you are looking for a VPN that allows people to connect to you and then you can use a NAT box to connect to the net. If you have money you can go for some Nortel Contivity hardware or you can build it yourself with IPSec.
