hi there
i'm not intent to advertise Fortinet product here. you know, no
penny would give to me if i do that. i do the suggestion just because
i'm familiar with that product.
btw, the vulnerability assessment module of Fortinet Analyzer
product is free of use till now, if someone has bought the product, he
could try the module.

Hi guys... Fortinet. Yeah...I've visited that web site before. But as for my understanding, it's not a freeware, right? is there any freeware which we can take it for personal usage? From: "Louis Wang" <bill.louis@gmail.com> Reply-To: lwang@lwang.org To: Tblinux <TBLinux@covad.net> CC: pen-test@securityfocus.com Subject: Re: Vuln Scanning software choices Date: Fri, 17 Mar 2006 19:51:06 +0800 hi there I recommend Fortinet FortiAnalyzer to you. It's a very good VA tools. See http://www.fortinet.com 2005/11/11, Tblinux <TBLinux@covad.net>:I know that most if not all of you use or have used Nessus at some point. I've been following the thread. Now that it appears that Nessus is seriously ratcheting down support for independent consultants and corporate / gov't users without a registered and paid for license what scanning software are you considering? Has anyone done a *complete* comparison of all of the scanning software out there and made a choice based on the findings? If so what was it? I work for a fairly large company and the contract negotiations with Tenable are going poorly and the company I work for is looking at the options. Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!!------------------------------------------------------------------------------Audit your website security with Acunetix Web Vulnerability Scanner: Hackers are concentrating their efforts on attacking applications onyourwebsite.
