Whax( http://www.iwhax.net/ ) is a good distro, im not sure if its
under 250mb though. It has a nice range of tools.
Also, i've never used it, but i've heard good things about Auditor (
http://www.remote-exploit.org/ ). Whax and Auditor have merged
recently, being called Backtrack i believe(if my memory serves me
correctly). Im not sure about any release of this distro, but it
sounds promising.
