RE: Scanning Class A network

I just want to know why they would possibly want to do this. Is their
address management so bad that they don't know what networks they're using?
Further, they can't POSSIBLY have a Class A FILLED - if they are, who are
they, they're bound to be hiring. :)

I work for a company that still owns a class A. In fact, they've just
recently began removing that space from their internal network and
subnetting. The company you're dealing with, whoever it is, should look at
doing this first. What they're supposedly asking you to do isn't just nearly
impossible, it's silly.
