I would recommend against the zaurus, though. The hardware is nice. Battery life wasn't that great. The port of linux that they used needs a lot of work to be usable.
I disagree. The kernel that comes with the Z works pretty great and the alternative, Openzaurus, has come a long way and works even better. I currently use the 5500 for this very purpose and highly recommend it. As for the battery, the life is great untill you plug in a wireless card. For that, I recommend using an adapter. http://www.irongeek.com/i.php?page=reviews/batextend -- Mark Owen ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Audit your website security with Acunetix Web Vulnerability Scanner: Hackers are concentrating their efforts on attacking applications on your website.
