A little off topic, but SC magazine just did a shootout about a month of so ago, Sourcefire got 5 stars and took top honors. Here is a link to it http://www.scmagazine.com/products/index.cfm?fuseaction=GroupTestDetails &GroupId=19076 Or go to products and click the group tests button to get it to if the url wraps. Lots of good info on the major players. -----Original Message----- From: jith jith [mailto:jackieoop@yahoo.co.in] Sent: Friday, August 26, 2005 1:52 AM To: greg@mcpheecomm.com Cc: pen-test@securityfocus.com; charbel@cultura.com.br Subject: IPS Comparison Hi, Im working as security consultant. currently im stepping into the IPS market.
