Another way is to enable SPF, or, again, in postfix, BLACKLIST your own domain. Would still need your local ip addresses listed in local networks. Problem with all three of these solutions is if you go to a new web site and send an email from 'you@domain.com' to 'someoneelse@domain.com', SPF will see that that news web site isn't a trusted mail relay for domain.com, postfix will act upon the Blacklistand you won't be able to 'send a friend' an email.
