May be off topic but does anyone know if something like this is available for Windows (Fake AP) http://www.blackalchemy.to/project/fakeap/ I do not think it has DHCP daemon but it would seem to add to the time and effort needed to hack the AP. I'm looking for a way/all in one tool to simulate a wireless Access Point on a Windows XP and/or Linux system preferably with built-in DHCP daemon and all.
Not one-stop-point-n-click, but pretty darn close. Setting up an Airsnarf on Windows mini how-to was written / released tail end of last month: http://airsnarf.shmoo.com/airsnarf4win.html A.K.A. "Evil Twin Access Points for Dummies" Pretty simple, but quite effective. Hope this helps.
