Guys, While I like the conversations here and I get a lot of info in areas that aren't my strongpoints, I would like to request that people hold back on their flames. We are all on the same side here. (or at least we should be). If someone is incorrect, please correct them. Don't insult their intelligence. We have many members on this list that are experts in their respective areas. I think we can all admit that we don't know everything. That is the purpose of this list. When I see the type of behaviour I've seen today, it makes me want to move the conversation to a different list where people get the respect they deserve.
