Plugin#10940 (windows_terminal_services.nasl) is in charge of the
detection of this service.
Which ports did you portscan ? Did you enable the option "Consider
unscanned ports as closed" (unscanned_closed) ? Was the plugin
enabled ?
Finally, which version of Windows are you connecting to ?
